1. Push in the top inside corner of the mirror as far as it will go.

2. Insert a long thin flat blade screwdriver into the ground illumination housing retaining clip located behind the mirror on the outside lower edge.

3. Turn the screwdriver counterclockwise for the driver's side or clockwise for the passenger side, to release the ground mirror housing.

4. Disconnect the turn signal wires and ground illumination socket and remove the ground mirror housing.

To install, reconnect the wires. The housing just snaps into place.
